The group decided to automate the internal requisition and request forms (IRFs) by digitalizing the requests and the entire (hierarchical) approval processes. Out of ~ 40 such active IRFs, the transformation started with top 10 (viz. interview assessment, induction list, leave request, end-of-service process etc.).
My responsilities were vendor selection, finalizing SOW, defining SLA, scheduling, finalising UAT & sign-off).

I coordinated the project on behalf of AMMG (vendor selection, defining SOW, arranging meetings with HODs/stakeholders, reviewing deliverables, finalising UAT & sign-off).

Deployment of Exchange 2010 Messaging System and Outlook clients across AMMG, by replacing out of support HW & SW. The new system required SSL based security configuration to facilitate Outlook Anywhere (RPC over HTTPS) and Web Access connectivity, in browsers and in all major smartphones.
I prepared and finalised the deployment plan and guided the IT support team in configuration and in security setups.

Parking Fine Management System

The system comprises - (a) Mobile car parking through IVR. The system sends SMS on successful registration and mobile parking (b) checking parking sticker’s validity and issuing fines, to the violators, using mobile app, by the inspectors and (c) paying fines, by the defaulters, through IVR by using stretchable cards.
I was in to deployment of hardware infrastructure (HP servers, Dialogic DISI cards) and PRI ISDN lines for IVR setup.

Al Mazroui Financials (AMF), an ERP developed by Al Mazroui IT team, takes care of core business processes and is fully localised and customised specifically to cater to healthcare supply businesses in GCC region. The ERP was implemented in AMMG's parent coompany first and then 4 more group companies, phase-wise.
My role was hardware & back-end support, coordination and incident management (post implementation) for the entire period.

Deployment of all major applications and services (Exchange email system, ERP, hospital information system, development & database servers etc.), spread across several physical offices of the group in UAE, in a centralized datacenter facility (‘private cloud’).
I was in to installation and configuration of domain controllers, Exchange servers, Citrix server & clients, Microsoft terminal servers & clients, remote print & file servers etc., and also in to implementation of group policies and configuration of security devices.

(a) Performance Evaluation System: performs production achievement analysis. The reports on 'Departmental Performances' shows targeted and actual production, plant utilisation, labour utilisation, stock status, process loss, productivity per machine hour, down time analysis, productivity per labour, machine efficiency and labour turn over etc. (b) Management Information System: a customized BI Tool, for top management. By processing on-line data, the system display graphical data on productions, sales, raw materials, finished products, departmental strengths, target-achievement analysis, LC positions, suppliers’ and customers’ status detail etc. (c) Centralised Sales System: interlinks reservation office, sub and main treasury, main ware-house, sub-stores and production control department. The system deals with all sorts of customers, namely cash/retail, credit, export (to companies and also under barter deals) and gift applicants. The reservation process had a number of validity, cross and security check on authority, limit, free balances etc. (d) Inventory Management System: handles 2K+ machinery items & spare parts, stored across seven locations. The heart of the system was calculating the cost of item/s on First-In-First-Out (FIFO) basis. (e) Purchasing Systems: handles local and Letter of Credit based purchases from overseas. Comparative study of suppliers for each item - based on quality, reliability, vendor’s cooperation/support, price and delivery schedule is the prime feature of the system.

As the development Team Leader, did the major part of coding and implementation.

The Wages System of BCCL manages the piece-rated payroll calculation, for its 8000+ daily workers in 48 collieries across the Bihar region.
I designed and developed Working Storages, cross-checked data entry forms and developed ~20% of reports.
